LEAD Transformation Initiative
Raising Transformed Minds for Sustainable Development
About Us
Lead Transformation Initiative (LTI) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to driving sustainable development across rural and urban communities in Nigeria. The organization focuses on three core pillars: Gender Inclusion, Youth Development, and Rural Community Development.
LTI utilizes a dual-tooled approach, such as Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) and Transformational Education, to foster social change. Through initiatives like the Sustainable Development Bootcamp and the School of Ideation, the organization trains youth to launch startups and lead agricultural projects. Beyond agriculture, LTI provides essential services including financial inclusion (soft loans for rural businesses), educational support for children, and the installation of clean water and sanitation facilities in underserved areas.
LTI acts as a catalyst for economic and environmental resilience by bridging the gap between modern innovation and rural tradition
